Welcome to Kollabo. By creating an account or using the Kollabo AI marketing platform (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account. One person or business per account. You must be at least 18.
New accounts start on a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. We don't charge your card during the trial. If you upgrade to a paid plan, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the nominated payment method monthly or yearly until you cancel. Trials are not available for Growth or Pro — those plans bill immediately. You can cancel any paid plan any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Don't use Kollabo to generate spam, deceptive content, hate speech, adult content, or anything illegal. Don't try to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the API. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
You own everything you create with Kollabo — your brand profile, captions, ads, emails, images. We store it to make the Service work for you. We don't sell it and we don't train third-party AI models on it. AI outputs are delivered "as is" — you're responsible for reviewing and fact-checking before publishing.
See our Privacy Policy. TL;DR: we collect your account info, your brand profile, usage stats for billing, and whatever you generate on the platform. We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for storage, and Anthropic (Claude) for AI generation.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. Email hello@kollabo.online within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund you. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee it. Third-party services (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe) occasionally go down — when they do, so do we. We'll always try to let you know.
Kollabo is provided "as is". We're not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. If the changes are material we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use = acceptance.
