Vagaro export is by request to their support team. Customers, services, and memberships come as CSV. Migration: ~2-3 hours. We rebuild memberships in Stripe and re-provision recurring schedules. Card tokens migrate via Stripe directly if you were on Vagaro's Stripe integration.
To be fair to Vagaro
Vagaro is genuinely strong for solo beauty professionals (single hairstylist, single nail tech) where the $30/mo base actually applies. If that's you and you don't need a branded app, the cost gap may be smaller. For class-based fitness studios, the comparison favours Kollabo OS.
